Testing is now a multi-billion dollar business and is a key issue in any serious software and system development process. TTCN-3 (the Testing and Test Control Notation version 3) has become the de facto standardized test language, with global deployment in telecommunications, transportation, internet, medical, web-based services, distributed systems etc. Its versatility ensures it an effective role in functional conformance testing, load testing, performance testing and interoperability testing. This international event traditionally attracts participants and presenters from all over the world. However, because of its location, the 2011 conference will give the added opportunity to meet colleagues from Eastern Europe, where the software and ICT testing industry is rapidly growing. Here you will have the chance to network with the testing community, visit tool demonstrations, experience the innovative industrial uses of TTCN-3, hear about research projects and learn of the latest developments in the language. T3UC 2011 is co-organized by the NGN interoperability test centre Sintesio, the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI). It will feature tutorials and presentations from members of the TTCN-3 user community as well as keynotes from invited speakers.
